Welcome to Spanish Tuition with Marbe! Please read carefully the terms and conditions stated below. They will outline the rules and regulations for the use of the website and tutoring.

By using Spanish Tuition with Marbe's services I assume you accept all the following terms and conditions:

1. You will be refer as a "client" and Marbe as your "Spanish Tutor". Respect and good manners is expected throughout the Spanish tuition.
2.Spanish Tuition with Marbe owns all the content and material used in the Spanish tuition. Therefore, you must not:
-republish any material from Spanish Tuition with Marbe,
-sell, rent or sub-license material provided,
-reproduce, duplicate, or copy from Spanish Tuition with Marbe,
-redistribute content form Spanish Tuition with Marbe and,
-take any kind of photos of the Power Point slides or record any lesson for any purposes. However, you are more than welcome to ask any questions related to the lesson and take notes.
3. Spanish Tuiton with Marbe reserves the right to monitor all comments or remove any comment which can be considered inappropriate or offensive.
4. Online lessons are delivered through Skype or Zoom. You will receive in advance a copy of your lesson via e-mail(in Word). It is free additional resource to the online session. Please be punctual!
5. Training session.- In between online lessons to help you improve your language skills and boost your confidence. Full interactive revision!
6. There will be times when classes or online lessons will stop (e.g. holidays, etc). It will be agreed and discussed between the Tutor and the student or client with plenty of time ahead.
7. Lessons are personal, which means that they are not transferable to anyone (e.g. friends or relatives). Also, lessons expire after 6 months of the day of your purchase. Non refundable

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any lesson or session at any time, but I respectfully request 48 hours in advance. It means, if you cancel your lesson in less than 48 hours, you will be charged in full fee payable. The same applies if you cancel your lesson in 24 fours or less than 24 hours.
If the student doesn't appear online on the day and time previously scheduled or the lesson is interrupted because of the student's poor Internet connection, you will be charge in full fee payable.

You are responsible for providing a working Internet :connection hence, the Tutor won't be responsible for Internet disruptions or any other technical inconveniences related to your Internet connection.

If you reschedule a lesson in the same week you cancelled, no charges will be applied. However, it will be subject to Tutor availability.
​
If you have a fixed slot and keep cancelling or postponing the lesson, you might lose th slot and it will be offered to another student.
